What is an inspection trip?

Quite simply, it is the most effective and informative way of viewing property and the area with the individual attention of one of our experienced sales consultants.
Flights can be arranged from most local Airports, and on most occasions your designated sales consultant will be there to greet you personally at the Airport.
You will receive the highest level of service throughout your stay. Your accommodation will be at one of our selected Hotels, and you will have access to our full range of services, including financial advice during your stay.

Will there be enough time to make up our minds?

CERTAINLY! Probably more than you will need. As you know from house hunting in the UK, it can take 2 minutes to decide whether you like a property or not. A lot will depend on whether you like the area. We will make sure that you see the different areas and give you all the information you will need, to make your decision.
What will we see?

During your 3 – 4 days in our company you will be shown not only the very best selection of properties, but also a full range of facilities that you will be able to enjoy from your new home. For example beaches, Golf Clubs, Marina’s, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and much, much more.

When we see the property we want, what do we do?

When you find the property you desire, a deposit of between 3.000 euros or 2,000 pounds and 10% of the property price will secure the property that day. Nothing else needs to be paid for a further 1- 2 months.
Normally after this time 50% of the purchase price needs to be paid unless a mortgage is being arranged. Normally a 60% mortgage can be obtained.

APPOINTMENTS

If you decide to come to Spain to look for property on your own, or even if you want to look while you are on Holiday, appointments are an excellent way of viewing property. All you need to do is contact us before you go and we will arrange for you to be taken out for a day to view property while you are in Spain. You just tell us what you are looking for, and we will do all the searching for you. If you need to go out for more than one day, just arrange it with the sales consultant who is showing you around.

Like most transactions that involve a sizeable sum of money, buying a property of any kind can be either amazingly simple or agonizingly complicated.
